I had a great customer service experience with a young person by the name of Mr. E ...ty very much sir... I cant say the same thing for a another employee...she Is a tall middle age older dirty blond greyish sorta long hair stocky sorta thin person working the water aisle ... I needed help with finding something ...and I felt like I was bothering her ...very passive aggressive snarky personality...IF YOU DONT WANT TO WORK WITH PEOPLE... I want to recognize Morgan Pelletier for providing outstanding service as a Customer Service Associate at Sprouts. Morgan was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional throughout my visit. They went above and beyond to make sure I found what I needed and made my experience easy and enjoyable. Their positive attitude and willingness to help truly stood out. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful experience at Sprouts today and wanted to recognize Laura, the Deli Department Manager at the Stephanie, Henderson NV store, for her exceptional customer service. I stopped by looking for Follow Your Heart Vegan Ricotta, but unfortunately the store only carried the Kite Hill brand of vegan ricotta. When I asked Laura if they carried the product I was looking for, she kindly explained that they did not. Rather than simply ending the conversation there, she went above and beyond by offering it as a sample at no charge because she genuinely wanted my opinion on the product and didn't want me to leave disappointed. Her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help truly stood out. It's rare to encounter someone who takes that extra step to make a customer's experience positive. I also want to mention how clean, organized, and well-maintained the deli department always is. It's clear that Laura takes pride in her work and in creating a welcoming environment for customers. Thank you, Laura, for your outstanding service. Experiences like this are why I enjoy shopping at Sprouts.

I'm a huge fan of Sprouts but even more so of the Stephanie location. Paula has gone above and beyond to help me when I have questions and need assistance. She has an amazing attitude and embodies a customer centric mindset. I highly recommend this location and if you ever need anything...ask for Paula!

I bought their fresh baked peach pie and their strawberry cheese pastries. They were both absolutely delicious. The peach pie tasted exactly like a Marie callender's baked peach pie. It had real peaches and wasn't all jelly. The crusts on both things that I bought we're flaky and delicious and something you would expect from an expensive bakery and they were both very reasonably priced.
